Special Maths Academy (SMA) was founded with the goal of preparing Africa’s brightest young minds to compete at the highest levels of mathematical problem solving, including the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). At SMA, we are passionate about developing the next generation of mathematicians who will tackle some of the world’s most challenging problems.

Our team includes some of Nigeria’s most successful participants at the IMO and the Pan African Mathematics Olympiad (PAMO), having earned Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. Drawing on this experience, we help students build the problem-solving skills needed to succeed in international mathematical Olympiad competitions.

Special Maths Contest

The Special Maths Contest (SMC) is an Olympiad competition designed to challenge students and identify emerging mathematical talent. It provides students with the opportunity to test their skills and compete on a global stage.

Summer Camp

Our Summer Camp brings together motivated students for intensive training in Olympiad mathematics. Through lectures, guided problem sessions, and collaboration with peers, participants deepen their understanding of advanced problem-solving techniques.
